This 180,000 sf., three storey energy efficient and highly sophisticated school incorporates a 10,000 sf atrium, laboratory facilities, and state of the art communications systems. The building utilizes ground source heat pumps for heating and cooling.

Design/Build administration office of 176,000 m2 over four storeys
with one level below grade parking. The structure consists of concrete
slab, columns and beams. Exterior walls are of precast concrete and masonry.

Guelph Wet/Dry Recycling Plant
The 6-building wet/dry recycling plant, situated on 25 acres, will be able to process 135,000 tonnes/yr. of which 44,000 tonnes will be composted. Revenues will exceed operating costs and will be more cost-efficient for the municipality than using landfill. Great news for taxpayers and environmentalists.

The restoration of these three factory buildings was accomplished by maintaining the masonry facade and completely rebuilding the structure behind.

179 John Street
A number of innovative techniques transformed this 9-storey old factory into an updated office building. A section at the front of the building was removed and window wells were added. Stairwells were relocated and reinforced. The interior was gutted and new elevators were added.

North York Civic Centre Renovation
12,000 sq.ft. of new space was "found" within the existing space to provide
modern spacious offices for the Mayor and all councillors and support staff.
Numerous departments were reorganized or improved. The central circulation ‘street'
was redesigned to accommodate not only the internal building changes, but also
circulation between the adjacent buildings - the library, community centre
and the performing arts centre. The renovation affected 40% of the building
and the building was maintained fully operational and open
to the public throughout the construction.
