We are a service-oriented company. We work around our customer’s needs and schedules. This is a given. It is understood and expected. Typically we will be contacted about a project that requires a site visit or response the next day or often within hours. Our continued success is tied to our ability to coordinate around the time frames that our customer demands.
Our office phone is answered by a receptionist during business hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. All of our customers are provided with a list of key contacts for each project. Cell phones, lap top computers and pagers enable us to meet all calls even beyond ordinary business hours.
